Intelion Capital is not a bank, broker-dealer or investment intermediary and does not provide regulated services unless explicitly stated otherwise.

02 Nature and limits of outputs

Studies are produced by an autonomous analytical process according to Intelion Capital's internal methodology. Each study may include confidence indicators and verification flags.

Sources and accuracy

Analyses rely on public and third-party sources. We do not guarantee their correctness. Data may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate, and Intelion Capital is not liable for losses arising from reliance on the outputs.

No performance guarantee

We make no guarantee about future performance of mentioned instruments or the correctness of any thesis. Outputs may contain errors or incomplete information.

03 Terms of service

Service scope

The service allows users to submit research requests and receive output studies as PDF files within the limits of their selected plan. See Pricing.

Account and subscription

• Registration creates a user account; the user is responsible for protecting login credentials.
• The trial includes one free study; further use may require an active subscription.
• A subscription may be cancelled with effect at the end of the billing period.

Intellectual property

Outputs are intended for the user's own use. Redistribution, resale or public publication without the operator's consent is not permitted.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

Complaints and support

Technical issues, study questions and account requests should be sent through the contact page or to info@intelion.cz. Final complaint rules for paid plans will be added before paid launch.

04 Privacy information

The data controller is the operator listed in section 7. Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Data we process

• Account: name, e-mail and password hash.
• Operational: study requests, history, technical logs and metadata.
• Payment: billing data processed by the payment provider.

Purpose and legal basis

• Providing the service and performing the contract.
• Complying with legal obligations such as accounting and tax duties.
• Legitimate interest in security and service improvement.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority.

Retention

We keep data for the lifetime of the account and afterwards only as necessary for legal obligations, service security and defence of legal claims. Specific retention periods will be added after legal and operational review.

Processors

The service uses web hosting, database and technical infrastructure needed for accounts, studies and security logs. Payment and AI processors will be finalized before paid launch and production agent operation.

Account deletion

The account section can be used to request deletion. In the MVP, the account is closed, profile data is anonymized, persistent sessions are removed and the user is signed out. Operational and statutory records may be retained where necessary.

05 Use of artificial intelligence

Studies and analyses are generated using artificial intelligence agents under Intelion Capital's internal methodology. AI may make mistakes, so outputs remain subject to the limits described above.

Inputs submitted by users may be processed by AI infrastructure for the purpose of producing the requested output. Non-sensitive operational data may be used to improve service quality.

06 Cookies and local storage

The website uses necessary technical cookies and browser local storage, including session cookies, optional remember-me cookies, CSRF protection and saved light/dark theme preference. Optional analytics or marketing cookies will be used only with consent.

07 Operator

The operator of Intelion Capital is Lukáš Skála, Czech company ID 72012820, with registered address at Hrachoviska 263/3a, Chomoutov, 78335 Olomouc, Czech Republic.

The identification details are taken from the public Czech ARES register for company ID 72012820. The public record states that the entity was established on 24 July 2006 and last updated on 11 February 2025.
